Think about your experience with a well-designed product, website, or app. How did using the product feel? The experience was smooth, and you didn’t even realize that you were using the product with ease, did you?
Now think of a badly-designed product or website. How did that make you feel? Frustrated, terrible, awkward—these might be some of the words coming to your mind, right? You’d probably complain to all your friends and warn them against using that product!
